Hello everyone, I'm from Philly, PA, and have been working from home for the past 2 years as an independent contractor. Just recently I've started trying to get my own Virtual Assistant business off the ground, but it's been slow going so far.
Over the years I've dabbled in writing short stories and poetry, none published, just mainly for myself. I'm here at Helium to see if I can explore this a little further.
My passion is ...
helping people in anyway I can.
I know too much about ...
Britney Spears than necessary.
My parents always told me ...
To never give up.
My childhood ambition ...
was to be a schoolteacher. And a singer, and a model.
My favorite memory ...
is my Mom.
Why I write ...
to see if I can.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
A mix of all my fav types of music, jazz, blues, gospel, r &b, classic rock, etc.
My first job ...
The neighborhood corner store.
My best moment ...
was resigning from my last brick and mortar job.
My inspiration ...
is my Mom, who was fiercely independent and never let having MS be a crutch.
