To the people I’ve met on Helium…
I began writing on Helium in 2008 while recuperating from a serious physical injury… a great way to adjust to the rigors of rehabilitation.
And while Helium has been a great place to learn the basics of writing, my current interest in professional writing cannot be expanded within the narrow confines of the Helium format- revisions are too difficult to enact and the audience is the literal technical writer's description of a 'general audience'- with all the inherent limitations.
Because of this, the excess time required to edit my written material (here) and the presence of old articles on my account that have no relationship to my current interests and writing abilities (or even accurately reflect my current thoughts or the current state of these articles in the real world)- it’s unlikely I’ll be spending much time on this site in the future.
