Dr. Negale T. Jackson is the author of Mayor Richard M. Daley's Regime and The Cook County Political Animals published by PublishAmerica.(http://www.PublishAmerica.com, call 1-301-695-1707, or fax 1-301-631-9073, and through wholesalers Ingram, Baker & Taylor, and Brodart Co. (1-800-233-8467 ). After the untimely death of the late Honorable Mayor of Chicago Harold Washington, Mayor Richard M Daley and the Cook County Political Animals juxtapose themselves two weeks into the Daley's nefarious regime to award the recent convicted notorious Tony Rezko a hot dog vendor a $600,000 dollars no bid contract to improve low income housing in some of Chicago poorest neighbors without any experience as a contractor and to compound the need to build infrastructure for the poor there was no accountability as to how federal funds were allocated. Indeed, Tony Rezko was introduce into the inclusive club of power, influence and corruption through Daley's new machine.

In the same manner, of course the Daley's new machine once again was in control and the hired trucking scandal where forty City of Chicago sanitation department employees from the 1st Alderman Ward of Fred Roti (Chicago Outfit) were indicted and convicted. Granted, this was the child-birth of one scandal after another, like for instance, voters fraud whereas the Cook County Political Animals gave one individual Cook County Clerk David Orr the political and legal authority to determine who will be on the ballot or not. "We The People" as compliances observed numerous acts by Village Officials, City of Chicago Officials, Cook County Officials as well as State of Illinois Officials under the color of law to disenfranchise the unprivileged voters of Cook County and congenially dismantling the 1964 Civil-Rights Voting Rights Title VII.

Clearly, more unconstitutional was when the Cook County judicial systems delayed "We The People" to have a 'Candidate of their choice' in a legal disputes at the Appellate level, used back room conference that appeared to be partial to obtain the new machine's objectives in which is to rule with a iron hand. As a consequent the nemesis of the political culture of the new machine had one hope and that was to get out of town before sun down or faced being silence by the dead squads of Chicago finest. On a whole, Forest Park Restorative Institute Center tried vigorously to ascertain impartial and equal protection in the Cook County Court systems only to find politic when it came to adjudicating legal disputes against the new machine and according to what Cook County Judge Pat O'Brien said in his ruling "If I put in on the ballot you will win because your name is out there and it's like the Clinton's it popular and I can't gave you that". Clearly Dr. Negale Jackson after several attempts to exercise the fundamental right to have a 'candidate of your choice' on the ballot the new machine went into its fullest array of powers to keep the Cook County Political Animals intact whether they were Democrats working with Republicans. All in all, the City of Chicago and Cook County is more polarized they ever. The book will highlight three of the most controversy legal cases in recent Chicago history.

Anarchy Is The Real Deal

Stretching over the past eight years of Republican Anarchy style government the study of governmental public policies are fundamental to political scientists because understanding the political processes as well as the systems of out of control representation through side-barring unconstitutional practices through "Executive Privileges" must be described as the political behaviors of Republican Anarchy style public policies.
