Eileen Thai is an ESL teacher at Chattanooga State Community College. She has traveled extensively up and down the U.S. East Coast and throughout the United States, Asia and some parts of Europe. She is fluent in English and a number of Chinese dialects. When not traveling, she writes for her blog Mai Thai Wanderings, and AssociatedContent.com (mvmaithai)
In addition to teaching and writing, Eileen has 18 years of experience as a software engineer. She has a BS degree in Computer Science.
