I am a single mom with an awesome tween daughter. She is the light of my life, and as much as I hate her father...I do have to give him credit for his genes. I have two sets of parents (my bios divorced when I was little) as well as a spare step-mom from my dad's THIRD marriage. 3 brothers and one sister, a step-brother and a step-sister, as well as 17 nieces and nephews.

I also have the greatest group of girlfriends (my chicks) that a girl could ask for. There are four of them, and they keep me sane.

I earn my living as a full time secretary, a part time produce market cashier, and a part time direct sales person. In my spare time (yah right) I like to read, write, play on the internet, and SLEEP.

People have been telling me, for many years that I should be a writer, because to be honest I can't carry on a conversation to save my life, but I can tell a story through writing! So, I am really looking forward to having some fun with this site!

I left my government job because I had a supervisor that was a "do as I say not as I do" kind of boss. She would take all kinds of time off, but expected me to NOT take off the 3 days I was entitled to for my grandfather's death. She would play games on the internet all day, but I couldn't even use it on my break. There was a lot more to her than that...but she's not the one I'm writing about today.
