My skill set is primarily in computers and technology. Although I also have roughly 20 years of experience throwing clay on the wheel - I love to make large platters.
Three years ago I began to take Washington wine more seriously. I continue to learn more about wine and will try to share as much as I can. You'll find I truly enjoy discussing wine. I've worked many different wine events and even worked for a local winery for two years. If you have yet to travel over to this part of the world, then you my friend are missing out.
Washington State is now the second largest producer of wine in the United States. Over 540 Washington wineries now produce some of the best wines made in the world. In 1986 I moved to the southeastern corner of Washington State. This area is officially designated as the Columbia Valley appellation.
