I am twenty-nine years old, a student of English and Philosophy, and I play an awful lot of video games. I enjoy complaining about pretty much everything, using long words in everyday conversation and painting my nails.
I have a wife who is more awesome than I am, a twin brother who says "dude" more than he should, and a female dog named Elliot.
At some point, I really would like to publish a novel. I have written one complete book to date, a positive slew of short stories, scripts, rants and essays, and am currently working on a novel that is much more complicated than I originally thought.

Are we so focused on the aesthetics of our entertainment that the content has become an afterthought? There are many gamers in the current generation that would blindly and happily ignore some of the best games in history simply because the graphics were not up to scratch, and this is a sorry state of affairs. Now, I appreciate graphics as much as the next gamer. I truly adore my Xbox 360, and have had many an occasion to sit back during a session and admire the beautiful graphics presented by some games.
