About me

I am a 20 year old fresh graduate from
college, with English literature and Psychology as my subjects.
Ever since childhood I have been
attracted to this  beautiful language called English. Be it the simple but beautiful words of
nursery rhymes, the twists and turns of short stories, the breathtaking experience of Graham Greene's novels or the fabulous sense of achievement in Shakespeare's works, I loved them all and read them many times. It all was an
expression that mankind had saved for me to experience and enjoy, I thought.
And it is an experience that I enjoy still, just more passionately because now
I am entering the world of writing. I enjoyed writing from school time and it
was a record that I got highest marks and grades wherever English was concerned
(though it was a record too that I failed in math every time) and so, it was
only natural to turn to this lifelong passion.

Psychology was a natural choice because
it makes a writer understand humans better (though my psychology teacher
doesn't know the reason for my opting it!).She boldly declares that I am a
natural psychologist. But I am a natural born musician, and a
natural born painter too.  But what I am not is a natural born writer, I am a writer
writing just for the pleasure of it, writing because nothing else gives more
satisfaction and writing because it's not an easy job to do. I love it when a
writing job gives me sleepless nights and days of thinking, which other people
term as staring nowhere or more embarrassingly, at people's face.

And when I am not writing ,
reading , singing or painting, I am traveling, because it gives me chance to
see the differences in geography and people that start to take place just a few
miles from where I start. In short I love this experience called life and am
fortunate enough to record it with a pen (yes I still write with a pen on a
note pad and not on a laptop) but I think this pleasure is hard to give up,
until I have enough money to buy a laptop!

Relationships & Family > Mother's Day & Father's Day Why the best Father's Day gifts aren't the most expensive

As I was flipping the pages of a leading magazine, I came across an article, Great gifts for your daddy', and as father's day is approaching, I thought may be I could take some help. The article was in the format of: why don't you, and then was given a gift idea for the fortunate dad. So excitedly I started to read.

The first idea was as follows: Why don't you:
