I live in small town America where people still wave while driving down the street and the store in town knows your name. Downtown offers shops where hobbies became a business and big city culture is a 30 minute drive. I love to write and with five grandkids, a spoiled Pomeranian, small town atmosphere and big city cultural events there is always a topic at hand.

As someone who has spent over half their life working in the mortgage industry, it would seem pointing fingers in the blame of the current crisis would be an easy choice. It's not.
