How to describe myself in 2,000 words or less?
Wow, tall order. I suppose I don't have time to get into my geo-political views on the malaria crises hitting Mogadishu. Nor do I have time to dive into the finer points of Quantum Mechanics as it relates to the Schrdinger's Cat Paradox of fate and time.
I guess I'll just have to keep it boring. Like the fact that I'm a college grad with a completely worthless B.A. degree in Cross Cultural Communication. What is that, I hear you asking? Good question. I have absolutely no idea outside of the fact that it sounded good at the time and I had some vague idea of working over seas. I still do. Florence was a home of mine in some distant past life, I'm sure. A home I plan to return to one day. I'm just not sure that a degree in Cross Cultural Communication will ever assist me one iota.
I could also talk about my love for Theatre. I suppose on a site like this that may not be a quality that is too unique since we all seem to be a box of creative birds cooped up together. I've scratched out my living as an actor for a number of years. Now I've decided to move on to something with a bit more job security like freelance writing.
*laughing hysterically at my own joke*
To supplement my income I try to teach High Schoolers the finer points of theatre, film and speech. The operative word in the above sentence is, of course, "try." Most days I'm not entirely sure I'm teaching them anything. But, I sodder on, praying for any signs of life in the future generation of the human race. Signs of "intelligent life" I don't dare hope for. Right now I'd just settle for signs of life on a Monday morning during Speech 101.
I suppose that will have to be all for now. It's 1:30 AM and my bed is calling. Perhaps I'll tell you more about myself another day.
Or you can always email me and I'll be glad to give you my geo-political views along with some Quantum Mechanics tossed in just for giggles.

You are never more alive as when you begin to taste death. This may sound macabre. I suppose it is, but nevertheless, it is true. At its core, all Vampire lore is an exploration of our own morality through a metaphor of the "undead." Whether the monsters chronicled is the journey of Dracula, as Bram Stoker told, or that of Lestat and Louis debating immortality as in Anne Rice's Interview With The Vampire, we are able to share philosophy of the living through the experiences of these lost souls. Imagine this scene. A father drops to his knees, clutching the cold body of his baby girl in his...
