Who am I?
There are certain key words that can adequately describe me. Gorgeous is one, as I proudly display my best assets-my smile and infectious laugh-on a daily basis for the whole world to see! I am inquisitive; I will ask questions. That's a part of life. I am devoted to my profession (teaching), my family, my friendships with others, and especially to my marriage.
My husband is really my best friend. I can also be introverted, as I spent a lot of time writing and tending to my garden. There are days where I am the very content with just my mp3 player in my ear, some flowers to plant in the containers, and Hudson (my four legged son) at my side.
I like Helium, because it challenges me to write. I studied pre-law (history and political science) in college, so of course, I have a good background in both historical foundations and public policy. My intention was to become a researcher, working archives. The education calling was about 5 years after undergrad. I became a social studies teacher. I admit, I am a really good geography and U.S. History teacher. It is one of the most challenging core classes to teach, but the way to present the information to the millennium children is a challenge for me. The one definitive word in describing myself is challenge. I love a challenge!

Her skill and self-confidence immediately caught the attention of Lauren’s friend Jimmy, who happened to play trumpet and seemed more than pleased to have girls in the brass section. “I make Sousaphone cool!” Her t-shirt had the marching band instrument beneath the caption, detailed in crystals. She made the shirt as a response to hoodies the boys wore—“Girls dig Tuba players.” What possessed 16 year old Adrianne to play tuba? She began the musical journey on trumpet in middle school too, just as good friend Thomas first le...
