Life has a way of constantly shaping who we are. I am greatful for the many experieces I have had over the last 30 years. Even the most painful experiences have defined the woman that I have grown to be.

I enjoy many things and believe it is important to expand your experiences. I have traveled around the world since the age of 16. Traveling is one of the best ways to relate to the vast world we live in. To have a first hand experience of other cultures is an eye opening experience that ultimatly brings one to a state of humility.

Cooking is one of my newly aquired passions in life. I think I am addicted to all those cooking and food network shows! Trying new foods is a great way to add variety to your life. Not to mention it's great for always bringing friends and family together.

I'm focusing at the moment on meeting personal goals that I have set for myself. It is important to always challenge yourself in life and to continue to move forward. I am here online to write my thoughts and experiences as a hobbie and form of expression.

Having endured the heart aches of love lost, I look back on past relationships for insight on what love really is. I now see that in my youth, what I thought was love was actually infatuation.
