: About Me

To try to condense 90 years in a short space is quite a challenge.
I have been married twice and widowed once. I have 4 children, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and fortunately have been a part of all of their lives.
I've worked as a secretary,office manager, founder and teacher of a Pre School, bank teller, Director of Religious Education in a church and art teacher which I am still doing both in schools and privately.
I like doing things with my hands and used to make all my girls and my dresses. I've done many different crafts and do a lot of knitting, especially for the Prayer Shawl Ministry.
Sports have always been interesting to me.I was a good golfer and still play tennis and can hit a good baseball.
My husband and I traveled extensively for about 10 years and it was great fun.
My weight is important so I have a good figure and pay attention to clothes and my appearance.
At this time I am home more as my husband has Alzheimer's. I have more time to paint, read and especially write. With all of the above "about me" it is easy to see I have plenty to write about. I just don't know how!

RIBBONS Pink ribbon flowerets trim her bassinette, Tiny pink ribbon caresses her first curl, Beribboned pony tail swings merrily, Nosegay of shower gift ribbons held tenderly. She tied a yellow ribbon for him. He wore a pink ribbon pin for her.
