My name is Karen Collins; I am from the UK, living in the beautiful Cotswold area of Ombersley in Worcestershire. I'm a mother of four children of varying ages and very proud of them all. I love writing and try to as much as I can in between work and other commitments. I have various interests, including music, sewing and anything craft related. I work in Immigration administration, and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.
When I came across the Helium site, I was so excited to have a community of writers that I could come apart of. I am looking forward to having a go at writing articles and joining in.

I was watching a programme on dogs, the narrator was imparting the information that your pet dog originated from the wolf. Years of breeding and altering the make up of dogs had provided us with the pet dogs we have today. However along with the different breeds come different faults, each breed has a weakness.
