I have a background in areas related to health promotion as well as behavioral and lifestyle change. This includes a B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Economics, and a Ph.D. in Metaphysics. Additionally, I hold a license in Cosmetology and certificates in Nutrition, Relaxation and Stress Management. I am passionately interested in all subjects related to enhancing the quality of life for all individuals, and I enjoy facilitating workshops and creating educational formats for personal and professional development.

My very first job was as a part-time nurse's aide in a local nursing home when I was sixteen.

My inspiration comes from many different sources depending on my needs at the time and who I find serves as a role model for me at that time.

Quitting smoking is certainly difficult, as I discovered for myself. Although I have never been a heavy smoker, I did not like the cravings that seemed to have control over me. I also did not like the way I felt as a smoker and desired a truly healthy body, something my habit contributed nothing positive to.
