Every candidate out there promises to lower your taxes. Who do you believe? Hillary Clinton has a typical promise: rob the rich to pay the poor. Through 2005, she helped boost federal spending by $502 billion. She also voted against a 2005 bill reducing the government spending by $40 billion.
