I carry a bag full of hope.
To look into my life you must untie the rope.
Once you get inside there's an adventure that awaits.
There's lipstick, candy, and books to write dates.
There's check books and credit cards that have never
been used.
There's mirrors and picture with images of you.
There's change and bills that frequently return.
There's lighters, and matches that I frequently burn,
There's pens and pencils that are used to write.
There's all kinds of things that you may like.
