Hello, thank you for stopping by!
I live in England, where the summers are short and friends are many. Since we are at the stage in life when our 2 grown-up children have left home, my wife and I enjoy our own space again. We love our children to bits, and are very proud of the way they are dealing with adulthood. Parenting is an awesome responsibility, and a wonderful privilege.
I tune pianos for a living, play piano in a Jazz Band, read when I can, love people, languages, and take an interest health issues. I don't get much of an opportunity to speak it, but I read as much French as I can, listen to French radio, and would love to visit France much more than I do. I am something of a Francophile. I hope you will take the time to read some of my articles, and trust you will find them interesting and helpful.
Many thanks,
Steve.

How an individual in the company is treated when he makes a mistake depends on how far up the pay-grade ladder he is. If he is on the bottom rung of the ladder, he will likely lose his job. In stark contrast, if the guilty party is a top...
