I am positively middle-aged and gray under this hair-color, which changes monthly or so...I love to write and have been writing since I was in my teens, a great age to start.
Writing is not just something you do for money. It is a labor of love and a gift you both have naturally and are willing to develop.
I have a family and a dog,all of whom I adore. I wish I could paint, actually, but I write poetry on the sly regardless. I have been very involved in the arts and teaching profession all my adult life, but also worked with Japanese companies. I traveled in my youth, and I recommend this to all of you still able to walk 50 miles at a time with a 40 lb backpack/
Go out there. See the world. Experience REAL people in REAL time. Write. Paint. Draw. Take photos...and love your life dearly.
Oh, and I forgot...I was born hearing-impaired. So, if I CAN do what I have done, so can YOU.
