Early fifty-ish baby boomer who's tired of the daily rat race and has decided to stretch her wings and fly more creatively.

Always had a passion for writing, but never really tried to do anything seriously with it. Helium seems to be a good fit for one just starting out.

I actually joined several years back, but real life intervened, like it can, but I'm back with a new resolve. Hope you enjoy what I've got to say.
