The symptoms of Parkinson's disease is tremors when at rest, emotional stress, fatigue, in some cases Parkinson's patient may develop what they call a Parkinson's mask, this is when a patient can't smile, talk ,or any facial movement except coughing and yawn. they stare into space at all times.

In some cases they don't move at all and if any movement is done is when someone moves that patient for them, there muscle tightens up and they swallow becomes minimum and they have to be suction out as much as they can.
