Something about me
I am a believer in goodness, because we are part of God's plan to transform the world in a better place to live. So, life has no reason to be lived, unless we are committed to bring more love and justice to our family, community, country, and planet.
I don't believe in complaining, but in doing the right thing.
I don't believe we can be called "good" for our beautiful thoughts and words, unless they become real deeds.
If you are anxious, depressed, sad, preoccupied, nervous, disappointed and worried, please, begin volunteering today. You will find people in worse situation than you are, and life will start making much more sense to you.
Once I thought Bread was the most important thing in my life. However, when I lost my children, I discovered that Faith is what matters. Faith in

because, no matter how intelligent, strong, good-looking, wealthy, well respected socially we are, we can always learn from the most humble human being. Some of the great lessons in my life I learned from beggars in the streets of Manaus, my homeland. I saw folks starving with a smile in their faces, when I had so much and so little to offer to them in terms of hope. They were the ones teaching me about hope. I was embarrassed of myself.
I believe we can find happiness even in the darkest moment of our lives, if we decide to live one day at a time, because each day can be eternal in our memories if we make it a gift to God.
We should always remember that we can change the world, if we change ourselves.
Through the immense pain that came to my life, I've been able to change my old pessimistic attitude to a better and renovated one.
Believe. Believe. Believe.

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." - Proverbs 22:6 One of the sweetest memories I have back on my mind is the bedtime when my mom would hold my hand and take me to her bedroom to pray. I remember this moment like it was yesterday: pray to God was a beautiful mystery for me. She taught me we should never go to bed without talking to our Loving Father, and since I didn't have my dad around, I found it comforting the fact that God was my dad. I imagined him very old, with a gray long beard, dressed in a white robe, holding a cane and wi...
