My fiancee loves this Asian flavor dressing with shredded veggies such as Chinese cabbage, cucumber, carrot, onion, etc. Seafood topping is great with this dressing. I used this dressing for Thai Mango Salad, it was simply delicious. Ingredients: 3 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Sugar 2 clove Garlic 2 cm Ginger 2 Bird-eye Chili (remove seeds) 1 tsp Fish Sauce Direction: Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
