A Little background about me

I was born, raised and still living and working in a small town in Malaysia called Taiping.My present job is a senior assistance of a government secondary school in charge of extra curricular activities. I love my job but I am also passionate towards many other fields, including computer programing, tennis, reading, astronomy , writing and etc.
In my spare time I will update and maintain my web site. It is a tutorial web site that teach amateurs about Visual Basic programming. Frankly speaking I learned VB programing language all on my own without attending any formal computer class, but I managed to master enough knowledge about VB through perseverance to produce a book called Visual Basic 6 Made Easy, published by Booksurge, an Amazon.com company. I am fortunate to reach the pinnacle in the academic world having completed my postgraduate study and obtained a doctoral degree a few years back. My degree is Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) awarded by the University of South Australia(UNISA) of Adelaide. I was offered a lecturing job in a University last year but declined the offer because I am too reluctant to leave my lovely hometown.

I have a lovely family of four children, two boys and two girls. My eldest girl is about to complete her IB course in an International school and she is offered a scholarship to do liberal art at Drake University in Iowa, USA. She is going there this fall. I would be glad if you can provide some useful info regarding Iowa, particularly the city of Des Moines if you are from Iowa, or have studied in Drake University. Please email me.
