For me personally it is wise for us to be truthful too oneself and tell the truth to our fellow species. Why? This will give us a clear piece of mind and our conscience will absolved from a sense of guilt and sin. Though I must, admit that to tell the truth all the time might pose some challenges, even for me. Let's admit it, we do tell lies though not all always but sometimes too our friends, families, peer.
