Hello, and thank you for visiting my personal bio page at Helium! I am a fledgling, professional writer, with a few paid-for articles to my portfolio. Most recently in, Biblio Unbound e-zine (February 2008 edition), in an article titled: 'The Romance Novel, The Forlorn Collectible', with byline. I also have two pieces upcoming in, 'The Secret Place' magazine (hardcopy), with byline.
Prior to beginning my professional career in writing, I did a significant amount of pro bono and gratis work in writing, editing, and publishing with contributions to both the local hardcopy and international Internet marketplace, such as, 'News From The Roost' (October 1998-March 2001). A hardcopy multipage monthly newsletter I managed, edited, performed creative setup and layout, and wrote each month's editorial, for: The Pigeons' Roost, a large local fellowship center.
I also continue to publish and write an e-daily I began in May, 2004, 'Spiritual Wings', that has a current subscribership of approximately two-thousand. You can visit 'Spiritual Wings' at:

Presently, as well, I'm completing my first novel, working title: 'When the Dogwoods Bloom', and an inspirational, daily meditational book, with the working title taken from my e-daily, 'Spiritual Wings'.
Prior to efforts toward a professional writing career, I spent approximately thirty-fife years in the commercial markets in various capacities, business owner, manager executive, consultant, and supervisor in numerous retail endeavors. I've also taken study courses in writing, graphic art, and printing.
On a personal note, I'm a fifty-eight year old husband, father, and grandfather, a lifelong resident of Louisville, Kentucky, gateway to the South. If your an agent, editor, or publisher, who has read some of my articles here at Helium, and have now, thankfully, the time and consideration of reading my bio, perhaps we have a shared interest in my work. I specialize in articles of all natures, and am appreciative of specific commissioned titles in any genre. As indicated by my current efforts I'd be open to book offers in any variety of areas. You can contact me via my personal e-addy: BigBookGlenn@AOL.com.
I'll look forward to hearing from you!
"May the road always lead, where you need to be."
Yours sincerely,
Glenn-

I need to set aside panic and negativism, and maintain a positive mental attitude. I need to sincerely transmit this to my employees and my customers. Nothing can kill a business quicker than gloom and doom. Small business owners have the advantage of being closer to their employees and their customers th...
