I'm a 21 year old graduate student at Columbia University School of Social Work (CUSSW). In addition to my love of service, I have an intense passion for reading and writing, and intend on working towards a Ph.D. in English literature and comparative studies following my MSW program. I write for pleasure and therapeutic purposes, as well as to make a difference in society by sharing my knowledge or bringing light to important issues in the world. I consider myself a budding activist and artist at heart. I am one of the biggest advocates for speaking out against injustice and I hope to use my writing in my career as a social worker and English professor alike.
