I'm a thirty-five year old mother and wife from South Texas who considers herself rather creative. I enjoy travel, gathering with friends & family, and great food. I've lived in South Texas most of my life and absolutely love it. My life often resembles that of Peggy Hill from the animated television series "King Of The Hill." My husband even looks a little like Hank Hill at times! (Sorry Honey)

traveling with my family to new destinations.

my husband. We were friends for many years before getting married.

my children would behave twice as bad as I did. They were wrong.

To annoy my mother naturally. Just kidding. Love ya Mom!

My favorite memory ...

The day my daughter made cheerleader after being cut the previous year. So Proud!

Why I write ...

I believe I'm creative and have a great imagination for an adult. I'd like to hear someone else's opinion of me.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

Seems I continually find myself watching or listening to the news, mostly politics. My daughter says I'm old.

My first job ...

A neighbor paid me $20 a week to help him clean horse stalls when I was 12 years old. Yuck!

My best moment ...

Getting my extended family back together for a reunion after all my grandparents had passed. I know they would have been proud.

My inspiration ...

I want to always be a positive female role model for my daughter.
