I am a researcher by nature which has aided me greatly in the writing field. I have worked in the veterinary profession for 12 years as a veterinary technician.,My last position was as director of pet nursing for a well know animal hospital here in Tennessee. My education in this field has helped me in writing several on-line veterinary articles for hub page,Pet World and Helium covering such subjects as pet care, deciding which pet is right for your family, and the care for seriously ill pets.
I have been a homeschool mom for 3 years which has allowed me the experience and opportunity to share my knowledge. I have written articles for helium, homeschooling moms and hub page about homeschooling curriculum, how to get started in homeschooling and free websites to visit. There are many fun and exciting experiments to conduct with almost every subject that I have found to be of great value to the learning process. Plus I love getting messy and laughing with the kids.
My passion for the Christian faith and teaching has been of great value to me in my personal ministry as a young adult teacher in my local church. I take every chance I am given to share the truth and clarity of God's word with all who seek it. The determination I have to research a subject or issue has given me deep wisdom about scripture, God's love and healing ability. I admire the Christian walk and the challenges it has presented in my own life. Because of this I write more on faith based subjects than any other at this time. Helium has many top rated articles I have written about such as Darwinism and also some scripture lessons. My goal is always to find the truth and to give my best at whatever I am doing. I have been given a great gift and my prayer is that I use it to bless others with it. Hard work coupled with determination is always a winning combination in life. That is why I have chosen them both and hope to continue to develop this wonderful gift and share it with others for a long while.

Encouragement is an often overlooked but very crucial part of home schooling for both child and parent. The old adage "two heads are better than one" applies also to encouragement . Parents as well as children need regular words of comfort or inspiration from others around them. Who doesn't like to hear a few words of kindness to keep us focused and productive every so often. Have you ever found yourself feeling discouraged, weary or just plan tired of the daily rituals? After awhile things can become repetitive, a going through the motions if you will.
