I was born in Rhode Island, raised in Kansas and Virginia, went to college in Massachusetts and now live in Virginia again.

I graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in English Language and Lit.

I am a carpenter by trade and a tile-setter by choice.

I would rather be the pigeon than the statue.

I enjoy writing, photography, and kayaking.

I like to eat. And drink. I do too much of both.

I used to drive a Ford Explorer but it wasn't big enough. Now I drive an F-150. It's still not big enough.

I am married. Father to a son.
