I grew up in Texas in a time of carefree absurdness. The air was always warm and the sun seamed to never fade. Everyday was, and still is a brand new adventure for me as a writer and as an individual.
I have been writing stories and poems since I was five years old. When I was seven, we moved to Kansas City, where my family had already laid down roots.
All through school I wrote for my school newspapers and won many awards at local writer's conferences. I always excelled in college literature and various writing ventures.
