I am in the process of reinventing myself. Tansforming from a stay at home Mom to college student This is change, and it is needed.
This year, my youngest child will graduate high school and go on to college. I have lived the last forty years having 'Mom' as my primary identity. It is now time to be able to see myself otherwise.
I have always written, always loved being creative, gardening and always loved learning. These are all pastimes I've never left. Ah, but now, it's time to get serious and take all of my former hobbies,and perhaps even profit monetarily without losing any of the joy.
Statistically:: I am fifty-eight, married, and live in the Bay area of California. I have four grown children ranging in age from 40 to 18. Of my four grandchildren, two are grown, the other two, 16 and 7. In addition, I have a great -granddaughter with a great -grandson 'on the way',
A full life, but not yet to the top. That's what I'm working on now.
