I am married to Linda Taylor "Bright Hawk" Mooney. We have 16 children including 2 adopted and 21 Grand Children
A PORTION OF OUR CHILDRENS ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Seven of our children have served successful Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints missions; Portugal, England "Manchester", Massachusetts "Boston", Chile "Santiago", California "San Fernando Spanish Speaking", Philadelphia "Spanish Speaking" and Philippines "Quezon City" Missions.
Three of our children have graduated from BYU, one with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, one with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Chemistry and one with a Bachelors Degree in Business and a Degree in Law from J. Reuben School of Law of Brigham Young University.
Two of our Children have graduated from the School of Salt Lake Massage one with a Masters.
Two of our Children are attending Utah Valley State College.
Five of our Children operate Successful businesses' in; California, Hawaii, Utah and Internationally.
I HAVE OPENLY PRACTICED MY HEREDITARY AMERICAN NATIVE SPIRITUAL PRACTICES SINCE 1987
I was blessed to the American Native Spiritual practices (Sweat Lodge Ceremony) by his Grandparents at the age of 4, 1948
I was blessed to be a Seminole Sacred Pipe Holder at 44 years of age, 1988, Green Corn Ceremony
I was blessed to conduct the Sacrament Peyote Ceremony by Guadalupe Lupe Rios de la Cruz, a Huichol Spiritual Leader September, 1991
I was blessed to Conduct Native American Church Peyote Sacrament Ceremonies and Oklevueha Earth Walks Native American Church of Utah Inc was blessed into existence, By Leslie Fool Bull, Lakota Sioux, March 20, 1998

I HAVE DEVOTED MY ENTIRE LIFE IN PREPARING AND / OR SERVING HIS FAMILY, COMMUNITY AND COUNTRY
1997 Founded Oklevueha EarthWalks Native American Church of Utah Inc.
Linda and I have successfully assisted thousands of people to foster effective change in their lives by developing a spiritual environment of acceptance and an appreciation for their heredity through American Native Spiritual Practices including marriages and blessing grave sites.
1994 to 1997 I worked as an employee of the Utah State Department of Corrections.
Administrated the Last Shot Program and the Native American Programs for the Central Utah Correctional Facility as a Habilitative Specialist II; 1995, James was awarded the Medal of Merit for assisting in the Lowering the Recidivism Rate in the State of Utah Department of Corrections from Governor Michael Leavitt.
1991 to 1994 Linda and I volunteered our services to the Central Utah Correction Facility.
Conducted American Native Ceremonies for inmates and the State of Utah Department of Corrections personnel; 1993, James was awarded the Citizens Award of Commendation from the State of Utah Governor Michael Leavitt
1988 to 1995 I worked with Utah Law Enforcement "Drug Controls Washington County Task Force and the Utah Department of Corrections for more than 13 years; Peace Officer Standards Training (POST) Graduate and Habilitative Specialist, Central Utah Correctional Facility, Gunnison Utah
1973 to 1991 I operated a successful International Consulting Firm for 15 years
