When was this country really excited about space exploration? That's right, when we were sending men to the moon. Disagree if you must, but when people are involved in exploring space, the interest goes off the charts. I'm not talking about sending astronauts or space tourists to the space station, I'm talking about real space exploration. That means going to other planets. This is the goal of NASA in the future.
