: About Me

So you want to know a little about me? Well, I am southern bred, down to earth, feisty at times Georgia peach. I was raised in the 'burbs of Atlanta only to venture off to the mountains of North Carolina for college. I have now found my way back home to the deep south-Good ol' Atlanta.

I am married and have a beautiful daughter who I think was born with the vocabulary of a genius. I spend my time being a stay at home mom with my daughter. I think I can learn more about life through raising her than I will ever learn in what people call the real world.

I have an artistic streak in me. I have an eye for altered art. Just looking for the time now. I love photography and hope to one day have a small photography business for middle income families to have affordable portraits. Memories matter!

I used to teach art to adults with disabilities. Let me tell you, if you wanna see how brightly the sun can shine or just how boldly the rainbow can bend, then hang out with these amazing artists. Nothing was impossible in their minds. I am convinced too!

I have always enjoyed writing. Even as a child, I loved writing endless stories. After 4 years of term papers and reports, the passion got lost in the shuffle. Now that I have found an outlet for my voice, I look forward to continuing and renewing my passion for the written word.
