I am the sub-channel steward of the Computers & Technology-Internet channel, although the job mentioned below has limited my activity there lately. I bring over 20 years of experience in computer sales, service and support to this task. If you have any questions or concerns in this area, please let me know. Perhaps it's time I updated this. Previously I talked about getting laid off and being out of work. Well, a few months ago I picked up a temporary job that was supposed to last two months and it has now gone for five or so months. I'm designing IT process for a health care company that previously had no formal, written processes. The final part of this particular effort is to train all of the technicians and analysts on how the new processes work.

I think this is going to finish up in the next few weeks and I'll move on to another phase of my life (if I'm not picked up for the next phase of this contract). Perhaps I'll get back to some of the writing that has been on a bit of a hiatus.

I have been active in libertarian politics for over 20 years, serving as state chair of the party and having run for public office four times.

I am an avid fisherman and a sailor. Most any weekend when the weather isn't too terribly bad you will find me at the nearest lake, Pueblo Reservoir. I recently upgraded to my third sailboat, Tropical Wave. It is a 36 foot sloop and is simply spectacular (in my opinion). Chances are I will have a line in the water.
