I've been an avid movie, book and comic book fanatic through the years, and I also play games of all kinds from chess and poker to Yugioh and checkers. Has any show freaked out a generation more that the Twilight Zone? I personally do not think so. Rod Serling was an absolute genius when it came to thinking outside the box. I remember thinking as a kid that shows in black and white were stupid up until my father introduced me to the Zone and it forever changed my mind about the older shows.
