: About Me

Well, I inadvertently deleted my "aboutme"! How do you like that? I am a veteran of two - that's right - two military services, including spending a year in Vietnam so many years ago. I draw on my military experience - both good and bad - in some of my articles and letters to the "reader opinion" section of our local newspaper.

My family and I are practicing Catholics and proud of it!

We attend the traditional Latin Mass and have for the last 11 years.

Our residence in located in the southwestern section of the Granite State - New Hampshire.

I own a small cleaning business and "enjoy" working nights!

My age; going on 61 years. My son is going on 16 (or is that 20?)...

Excerpt from A Veteran's Struggle Jack had one more stop to make at the far end of the Valley where there was a private Vietnam Veterans Memorial set up by the father of a soldier killed during the 1968 Tet Offensive. The parents of the slain soldier made the memorial to their son accessible to the public during certain times of year, Christmas being one of those times.
