My name is S.L. Wheeler and I moved to Charleston, South Carolina from Seattle, Washington about 6 years ago.
I have been writing for as long as I can remember mainly as a way to express my feelings or to release creative energy I specialize in Poetry and Children's books and I am in the process of submitting my first piece of work to a Publisher right now.
As I have gotten older I've realized the importance of doing things that I enjoy and using the gifts that God has given me. As a recent college graduate, I realize that I don't want just a job but I want a career. I find that writing is a creative form of self expression that I really enjoy and I look forward to growing as a writer, sparking political discussions with my work as well as shedding light on a number of topics.
I hope that this site will allow me to explore my potential and grow as a writer.
