I was raised to believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. My mother always said that as long as you had the basic 4 food groups (I am very old - ha ha), it did not matter what you eat. So we were raised on PB&J, left over pizza, mac and cheese, spaghetti and of course lots of fresh fruit. The whole thing is, eating spaghetti or pizza and driving does not work well.
