While currently exploring all genres of writing to find the most lucrative I am particularly passionate about Poetry, flash fiction and article writing. My interests, as any writers should be, are diverse and ever expanding. However I tend to center around environmental, social, faith and family topics as these are ever close to my heart. When given the freedom of form I have a unique and informal writing style. This style is rooted in Plain English but when appropriate explores the many delicious words that the English dictionary has captured.

After a night of indulgence and pringles we discovered a delicious new twist to an old Italian favorite using the party left overs - and we call it spaghetti con i overs di sinistra ( spaghetti with left overs). It is loosely based on Spaghetti Bolognaise, one of Italy's many delicious regional spaghetti dishes. The ragu (sauce) originating, of course, from Bologna.
