: About Me

Hello! My name is Paula(Brower) Megginson a.k.a. Parrot Brown, I am a 51 year old mother of 3 (grown), and a writer and lover of poetry. I am a Christian and ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have been a resident of the state of Ohio almost all my life, having lived in Columbus, Cincinnati, reynoldsburg and Urbencrest for a season I feel well rounded in many areas of life. I still have much to learn and am willing to learn all I can in this short life span. My desire has been to live in Texas, Houston to be exact and maybe before it is all said and done I will get that chance.

I enjoy creating things with my hands and studying nature. On January 1st, 2000 the ministry "Light to a Dark World" was born This is a writing ministry where we encourage writers to reach their full potential in GOD. I am the Arthur of a new Book titled "I AM sent me!" Published by Publish America, which is the story of the trials a young woman faced and God brought her through. Gone are the days of treating young women with the respect and love most of them desire deep down inside. In today's society Young women are depicted as desperate boy toys with out a heart.
