My youthful ambition was a simple one. I wanted to teach and to write. I graduated from college with a degree in English then took a job as a bank teller. What started out as a means to pay the bills became a long career in various fields of accounting, finance and project management. Along the way I even augmented my credentials with a MS degree in finance. My working life has been a good one, but after years of working with numbers it is time to start that writing career that has been too long postponed.
