I am a freelance writer and have had a love for writing since I was a child. I have always loved nature, animals and of course my family. I am blessed to be a mother, wife, friend, and daughter. My life is filled with many great people and I could not be happier!
I have been writing since I was about 12 years old and always enjoyed it. I like to write on so many different things, it just depends on my particular mood that day. Writing can take you places and allows you to indulge in knowledge!
I have lived in California pretty much my entire life, and love it. Even though our summers are way to hot, it is nice to be able to wear shorts ands sandals in the winter. ;)
Writing is a great way to release emotions and get it all out there, even if no one else but me reads it. It is fun to write on such an array of topics, it always stay interesting here. I love Helium it is a fantastic website and I am glad I found it!
So what else is there to say about me? I am a fun, outgoing person who loves to party, yet is content being home with the family. Life is fun for me and I wouldn't change anything right now. I know who my true friends are and I am blessed to have them in my life.
My family is great and supportive of me and my interests. I am a stay at home mommy right now and have been for a few years now. Having three children I am glad I am the one raising them and not someone else. They are the best children (of course I say that as their mommy) ;)
I have also had a love for animals my entire life as they bring so much joy into my life. I am a huge animal supporter and believe they deserve as many rights as humans. We all have to share this world so we should make it a happy place for all of us here!
I am very excited, on May 16, 2008 I won first place for the first time in the Channel Champion Writing Contest! I am so happy not just for the money, but for every-ones votes. Thank you so much I am really motivated now! I also had an article bought on the Marketplace.
I am really loving Helium! I have so much fun writing on here and earn some money while doing so, its a great bonus!

When I saw this title I was a little flabbergasted. I have never heard of any connection between peanut butter and Mardi Gras, leave it to a great site like Helium to find this! Looking it up on-line is pretty useless too, since there is no real story to find. The only connection between peanut butter and Mardi Gras I can offer is simply my personal point of view. So the first connection I can see is neither of them are to good for you if over indulged in! They can both lead to nausea if enjoyed a little "to much." The next connection is they are both full of nuts! When you go to New Orlean...
