My name is Maria. I was born and raised in the massive concrete jungle known as Miami,FL. I was raised learning two languages at once (Spanish and English) which had cultivated into Spanglish diatribe during my childhood.ESOL classes worked in the long run;sort of.

Now I currently live in Hillbilly Hellholler (Panther,WV) and living with my boyfriend. And cats. Cats are great;They all have that little attitude problem of theirs that had always intrigued me since I was young. For the past few years I also have been cultivating a growing love for Hermit crabs and Betta's. I love all animals in general. And if being a Veterinarian didn't require 6+ years in school and pissing animal owners off with expensive vet bills,I would certainly be one.

I have decided to write articles online for several reasons.Not only am I being productive,but sharing my immense knowledge on useless subjects is both entertaining and comforting. Comforting in the fact that I now have other things to think about and do other than chain smoking,panic attacks,and wondering why half of my "friends" are worthless back stabbers.

Oh yeah,I love Norse mythology.I even find it kind of offensive calling this belief system a 'myth' since it has so much meaning behind it.I just started on helium,but expect several articles on Asatru and Nordic cultures very soon.
