About me - J. Farnum

About me

If people have to work there should be a law that they may do the work they love. It should be that easy. I love writing and it has taken me a good deal of time to follow my passion on a professional level. It seems as I mature, I gain the hindsight to follow my dreams and now I choice to aim for them.

I have been writing since I was seven. As a child I loved being able to use my vivid imagination to write the unimaginable. I got my love for writing poetry from my older sister. As a writer I am most passionate about inspirational writing. When I am not writing, I read feverishly.

It has been exciting for me to have people read my poems or short stories. With their helpful and encouraging words, I have determined to turn my passion into a career. I have used my ability as a word smith to embrace a wide range of writing styles. I have written both professionally and personally for clients who do not feel they have the ability to write. My assignments range from employee handbooks to love letters. With so many writing opportunities available I feel I have the whole world at my fingertips.

As a writer, my goal is to have readers uplifted, inspired, encouraged and of course coming back for more.
