Too Smart Swish. "Ballin'!" "Nice!" I say. "Another game?" "No, I lose every time. You know that. What has it been? 8 years?" "Well you ain't that bad. It was a close game." "Only cause you went easy on me." "Yeah, okay. I am the best," my friend says knowingly. "Come on, let's get out of here." Me? I'm Simon. The one who's "ballin'" is my best friend, Tom. We go way back, all the way back to kindergarten. As usual we finish up a few games of 21 after school. And as usual he wins. As he says, I'm not bad at basketball. I'm actually pretty good at most sports considering the "smarty-pants" ...
