About me

I am a common Joe who really believes in Freedom, Democracy and Equality. Thirty some years ago I decided that living behind the Iron Curtain was not Freedom, Democracy or Equality. So I started a campaign to get out of the country I was born, together with my wife. After a few years of the common miseries done to those who did not like to live there, the government issued us exit visas. It was a war of nerves, but we won. We had not been physically abused, although we were prepared for it, however we had a lot of psychological tug of war...

Now I am in a strange situation in which my Freedom and my Democratic process is challenged by a corrupt judge who wants to protect a couple of corrupted cops and a corrupted DA, however I am still fighting, because I really believe in the individual freedom offered to us by the Constitution.

I my case the police acted on a complaint by a customer who did not want to pay the bill the work I did for him, and on September 11, 2003 he sent the police to my place to get the computer. They busted into my house, they beat me up, they sexually assaulted me and I ended up in jail, although they did not have any warrant for the entry and the search. During the court proceedings I found out that I Mequon Wisconsin police does not need a warrant as long as they deal with a person speaking with an accent...

However in time I discovered evidence that was concealed by the prosecution, evidence that would have impeached the cops, and I also discovered that that prosecution conspired with my lawyers at that time to force me into a guilty plea to save the cops...

I did not do such a thing, and I am still fighting. We are in the appeal process, and the cops and the judge have been doing anything possible through the probation agents to put me back in jail.

Well, most of the subjects I am going to write are about this dark side of our freedom, which is not known to most of the people.

America is a great place to live and to be free, however those who don't like Freedom and Democracy have the same right to their convictions as the rest of us do. That is way, I want to make sure that the Freedom lovers understand that Freedom is not something that should be taken for granted. We have to fight for it all the time.

And we have to fight to keep it alive.

God Bless America for its freedom fighters!

To regulate, or to regulate not? That is the question that I am asking myself right now. Like me there are millions in this country asking the same question. Since we lost our house, we moved into an apartment building downtown. Moving out of the suburbs was a blessing in disguise, and in spite of the fact that we were forced to do it, and it had an ugly tone to it, the experience is turned out well. But, living downtown, in an apartment building has its kinks also... I hate to see government getting into my life and dictating me as an individual what to do, however there are times when I ...
