Goodbye to Old Friends

I forget exactly where I first read that bit of poetry many years ago, yet it stuck in my mind because it rhymed so well and expressed a truth so succinctly. As far as this world is concerned, all is surely impermanence. We were reminded of that with three events last week:
The first was the sad news that the Vale Rio, my favorite good ol' diner in Phoenixville, is moving! ...
