My name is Michael Cannata and I was born in Boston, Ma. Among my 14 siblings I'm just another Cannata. Out in the real world I am something completely different.
"Eccentric", "peculiar" and "curious" are some of the names I have been called that I like the best. I spend my time working to pay the bills, watching life pass by while I try to learn everything I can about everything I can.
I'm a life long musician, a voracious reader and absolute BS artist who loves to tell stories. I've never been married and have never wanted to be either.
My family and friends are the most important things in my life. I have a lot of both and as such I have all the love and support I need. I am not religious in any way yet I want to understand what life is all about as much as anyone. My favorite pastime is working on my version of the "Theory of Everything".
And, by jove, I think I've got it!
My passion is ...
learning everything I can about everything I can
I know too much about ...
me
My parents always told me ...
"go out and don't come home until we call you".
My childhood ambition ...
was to have my own room.
My favorite memory ...
hasn't happened yet
Why I write ...
because I have a lot to say and no one to say it to when I think of it.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
Everything around me
My first job ...
family baby-sitting duty
My best moment ...
When my baby-sitting duty ended
My inspiration ...
my family

He hardly had enough room for himself let alone his guests. The influx of visitors started around Thanksgiving and picked up through Christmas. On New Year’s Eve he could barely find a place to sit where he wasn’t in the way. Every year, he welcomed these visitors. Their good cheer and generosity helped lift his spirits. He never had much to offer in return but he always put on his happiest face. Often he would sing a song and dance ...
